Warcraft Movie 2. Will There Be A The Warcraft 2? It is one of the most curious questions by the followers of the film. The film, which was screened with a perfect organization from the beginning to the end, has affected its audience from the first part. 5/10. Apart from a few really wow easter eggs, for me the storyline was way too different compared to the actual story of the game. Could have been a great film, but it lost the potential. The storyline wasn't even clear for me as inbetween scenes the characters were just appearing/disappearing quite randomly. Warcraft. Any new movie has to start by laying out the foundation of the universe the story is set in. Either by starting with a monologue or by exposition throughout. Many of the key components of the universe have to be laid out as part of the story in some fashion. That includes magic and the role of such in the world.

And that seriously detracted from the movie for me. I watch movies specifically for the acting and anything beyond that is a bonus. Warcraft had beautiful visuals and captured everything Warcraft. But there was just some sort of tension, or awkwardness between the actors that just hung its head over the movie the entire time.
The orcs are supposed to be a little bigger than Arnold in the Conan the Barbarian movie. That's how they were in Warcraft 2 and 3. Even in the vanilla WoW animations. What we see in the movie is a total lack of suspension of disbelief. That is the main reason why the Warcraft movie was a cringe fest to me. The thing about the Marvel movies is that there are already multiple story-lines for every character/universe, tweeking plot points isn't much of an issue realistically. With the Warcraft movie they are pulling from only 2 Orc origin stories. I'll enjoy the movies but the 'balanced' approach worries me to be honest. Watch the Warcraft Movie trailer now! Warcraft is bizarre. I've really never seen anything like it before. I totally get why people who have never played the game are absolutely hating this movie. There is A LOT going on and there's really no structure what so ever. Quite frankly, this film is a mess. The pacing is everywhere. The human acting is mediocre at best.
